Insurance and Billing

Eastside Chiropractic Center, Inc. will provide the service of submitting claims to your insurer. We recommend that you become familiar with your plan so you are aware of your financial responsibilities. Eastside Chiropractic Center, Inc. accepts patients with almost all plans. In addition we do offer self pay rates. Payment not covered by your insurance is due at the time of service. Please contact us with any questions about insurance and/or billing.
