Swedish
Through the use of pressure, kneading and rhythmic movements, this massage will relax the body and mind while imparting a sense of well-being.
Therapeutic
Utilizing several modalities including trigger point, deep tissue, muscle release and stretching. This massage works well to improve blood circulation and rehabilitate tight muscles.
Deep Tissue
This intense and penetrating massage gives special attention for deep muscle tissue to relieve chronic stress and injury.
Pre-Natal
Experience relief of the physical and emotional discomfort that pregnancy may bring, such as, backache, leg cramps, fatigue, insomnia, and headache.
Sports
This is a great massage for athletes who are training for a sports event or need relaxation afterwards. This massage focuses on specific muscle groups used in physical activity.
Hot Stone (60min) $70
Utilizing light to medium pressure combines with
hot stones to soothe stressed muscles and joints.
All massages are $1 a minute unless otherwise specified.

Lori Pass is a Nationally Licensed massage therapist. She went to Lincoln Technical Institute for massage therapy and graduated in June 2009. She also works at Bradley Hospital as an aide.
She previously resided in San Diego for many years and
Abby Pallister is a Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist. She prides herself on her ability to care and listen to the needs of others. She is well versed in anatomy and physiology, pathology, and ethics to name a few. Abby believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible.
In 2003, Abby graduated from Ashmead College of Massage in Seattle Washington. Abby completed an 800-hour program specializing in sports injuries and orthopedic injuries. Also, in 1997, she attended Concordia University in Portland, Oregon majoring in exercise science.
Abby is skilled in a variety of massage including deep tissue, pregnancy, sports, hot stone, reflexology, Swedish, MYP facial release and positional release techniques. Abby has worked closely with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Medical Doctors in Seattle and Rhode Island. Some of the common problems she has worked on with her clients were headaches, muscle tension, carpal tunnel, sports injuries, and fibromyalgia. Abby also did some extensive work on patients with cancer. With her nurturing touch, she has had thousands of happy, satisfied clients over the years, many of whom she still keeps in touch with to this day.
Abby believes that what makes a good massage therapist is for them to take continuing education on a regular basis, which she does. This allows her to help people through the expansion of her skills. She is looking forward to developing the same successful relationships here at Eastside Chiropractic that she had with her clients in Seattle.
